Officer referred the complainant to MCSO if he has an issue regarding the active injunction. Officer advised the complainant the dog issue is a civil matter. He also stated she has his dog, which he wants it back. Officer reports the complainant wished to report his ex-girlfriend committed fraud by lying to obtain a restraining order and he now has nowhere to stay. There was no damage to the other vehicle. The damage on the rear bumper of unit #1 was a small scratch less than an inch. Unit #1 stopped at the red light and unit #2 rear-ended her. She is concerned her dog will get into the pine cones. Officer met with her and she advised she has a pine tree that butts up to their property, and recently she has had a half dozen pine cones tossed back into her yard. She was W/A on the complaint and left the area on foot.Īt approximately 7:39 pm Complainant contacted the PD advising she is having issues again with her neighbors. Officer spoke with the female who admitted to panhandling. Management wanted the female escorted off the property. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.Īt approximately 4:05 pm Managers reported a female sitting on pallets along the front of store smoking and yelling at customers. Squads checked the area and did not locate the vehicle.
